1. Pre-Production: Planning for Precision
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Analysis: Our engineering team reviews your CAD files and drawings to identify potential manufacturability issues, optimize tolerances, and suggest material or design alternatives to enhance quality and reduce cost.
- First Article Inspection (FAI) Planning: Critical dimensions and features are identified from your specifications to create a detailed inspection plan before any material is cut.
2. In-Process: Real-Time Verification
- Machine Calibration & Tool Monitoring: Our CNC equipment undergoes regular, scheduled calibration. Tool wear is monitored and compensated for in real-time to maintain dimensional consistency.
- Operator-Led Checks: Skilled machinists perform intermediate inspections using calibrated instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) at defined intervals throughout the machining cycle.
3. Post-Production: Final Validation
- Advanced Metrology: Final parts are validated using state-of-the-art inspection equipment.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Every order is shipped with a detailed Inspection Report (ISIR) or Certificate of Conformance (CoC), including key measurement data and material certifications.
