JADE-CNC

My precision manufacturing career began at 2001. For years, I focused on on-site production, mastering full-process CNC machining capabilities, including programming, process debugging, material application, professional surface treatments and quality control. I have rich hands-on experience covering drawing review, prototyping, parameter testing and batch delivery for customized precision parts across diverse materials and application scenarios.

Front-line work allowed me to clearly identify typical pain points in cross-border precision machining. Many overseas clients have sophisticated designs, yet face precision defects, cost overruns and delayed deliveries due to inadequate pre-production manufacturability evaluation. Most traditional factories simply machine parts per drawings, ignoring practical assembly and application needs. Coupled with cross-border information asymmetry and non-standard technical communication, many high-quality projects fail to achieve stable mass production.

Serving different clients and diverse projects helped me accumulates my 10 years experiences. I plan to set up my own CNC factory,which should focus on the core value which only match the core demands for CNC Machining : Delivering efficient, stable and cost-effective design implementation via professional engineering capabilities, solving clients’ practical manufacturing challenges.

At Sep of 2011, We launched the factory of JADE-CNC. Start from 2 CNC Machines, We gradually established complete standardized production workflows, strict process control systems and refined service mechanisms, Focus on becoming a global service provider specializing in one-stop customized processing of metal and plastic structural components.

At JADE-CNC, we integrate professional DFM analysis, process optimization and full-cycle quality risk prevention into every production procedure. We standardize the whole process from prototyping and small-batch customization to fine finishing and finished product inspection, effectively avoiding machining errors, surface defects and unstable quality, and steadily improving production feasibility and delivery efficiency.
