RFQ and Drawing Review

Send your CAD files, 2D drawings, material grade, quantity, tolerance notes, surface finish requirements, and any inspection needs. JADE-CNC reviews the information and confirms unclear points before preparing a quotation.

STEP, IGES, X_T, or other 3D CAD files are useful for geometry review. A 2D PDF drawing is recommended when tolerances, threads, GD&T, surface finish, material notes, or inspection records are important.

Yes. Early drawings or 3D models can be reviewed for feasibility, but final pricing and production planning usually require confirmed material, quantity, tolerance, finish, and inspection requirements.

Yes. For custom machined parts, JADE-CNC can coordinate CNC machining, sheet metal or fabrication support where relevant, surface finishing, inspection, packing, and export delivery support.

Quantity is reviewed during the RFQ process. JADE-CNC supports prototype evaluation, low-volume machining, and production projects, but the best production route and unit cost depend on material, geometry, setup requirements, inspection scope, and batch quantity.

Send the target quantity and annual demand if available, and we will recommend a suitable manufacturing approach.

Production and Quality Control

JADE-CNC supports CNC milling, CNC turning, 5-axis CNC machining, precision machining, micro machining, large part machining, low-volume machining, and related post-processing support.

JADE-CNC will clarify unclear dimensions, tolerances, material notes, surface finish requirements, inspection items, or packaging requirements before confirming the production plan.

This depends on the extent of the change and the production progress. We will immediately assess the impact and transparently inform you of any changes to the lead time and cost. Where feasible, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Quality control can include drawing review, material confirmation, first article checks, in-process inspection, dimensional inspection, CMM inspection when required, surface finish checks, and final shipment review.

Inspection reports can be provided when required by the project. Available records may include dimensional reports, CMM reports, first article inspection records, material certificates, coating checks, or other agreed documentation.

Yes. For repeat orders, stable drawings, approved samples, material records, inspection requirements, and process notes help maintain consistency across future batches.

Tolerance depends on material, part size, geometry, setup method, wall thickness, and inspection access. Critical tolerances should be marked on the drawing so JADE-CNC can confirm feasibility during review.

Common finishing options can include as-machined finish, deburring, bead blasting, anodizing, plating, polishing, brushing, painting, and other buyer-specified finishes depending on material and supplier availability.

Transparent or polished plastic parts can be reviewed based on material, geometry, tool access, surface requirements, and expected appearance.

Final clarity and cosmetic results depend on material selection, machining marks, polishing access, and part design, so please share the required surface expectation during RFQ review.

Finishing, Delivery, and After-Sales Support

JADE-CNC can support export packing and international delivery coordination according to the confirmed quotation terms.

Carrier, shipment method, insurance, delivery address, and trade terms should be confirmed before shipment so the order can be packed and documented correctly.

If a non-conformance is reported, JADE-CNC will review the drawings, inspection data, photos, and production records to identify the cause.

Corrective action is handled according to the confirmed specification and responsibility. Clear documentation helps the review move faster and supports a practical resolution.

CMM reports can be provided when they are required and confirmed before production.

Please mark the critical dimensions and reporting requirements on the drawing or RFQ notes so the inspection plan can be arranged correctly.
