Ja. CMM inspection can be used for complex geometries, positional relationships, profiles, datums, and tightly controlled features. Suitability depends on part size, geometry, accessibility, and tolerance.
Ja. First article inspection can be completed before batch production, with a marked drawing, dimensional results, and supporting records supplied according to the agreed quotation requirements.
A full dimensional inspection report can be provided when requested before production. The report scope, sample quantity, measurement method, and any special fixtures should be confirmed during quotation.
Depending on the feature, we use CMM, optical measurement equipment, Bremssättel, Mikrometer, height gauges, bore gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, surface roughness testers, and other calibrated tools.
Inspection is performed at planned stages. Critical features can be checked during setup and machining, followed by final dimensional, visual, and documentation checks before shipment.
Material certificates and traceability records can be supplied when requested at quotation. Requirements should be stated before material purchasing so they can be included in sourcing and documentation control.
The affected part or batch is held for review. We verify the measurement method, identify the cause, evaluate correction or remake options, and communicate any issue that could affect the approved drawing requirements.
