JADE-CNC’s Founder Leon, who brings over two decades of industry expertise, Leo started his career as an apprentice and practice his skills in surface treatment and CNC machining. He possesses a deep understanding of clients’ design and core needs for product realization.
By serving diverse industries, LEO realized a widespread manufacturing pain point: Both startups and established companies, there are common challenges of long lead times, high costs, and fragmented supply chains for high-quality prototypes and low-volume, high-mix production. The gaps exist in responsiveness, flexibility, and integrated service within traditional manufacturing models, which significantly impact the rapid iteration and market launch of product innovation.
