Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit to commence production, with the 50% balance due before shipment. For established customers or repeat orders, alternative terms can be discussed. All transactions are secure and invoiced clearly with no hidden fees.

On-Production Questions
After placing an order, you will receive access to a dedicated online client portal. You can check real-time project status (例えば, file review, in production, in QC, shipped) and communicate directly with your dedicated Project Manager.
Our engineers conduct a final review before production starts. If any issue that might affect performance or lead time is found, your Project Manager will contact you immediately to discuss solution options (例えば, a minor design adjustment). Production will only continue after receiving your written confirmation.
This depends on the extent of the change and the production progress. We will immediately assess the impact and transparently inform you of any changes to the lead time and cost. Where feasible, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Quality is not just inspected; it’s built into our process. We implement a three-stage quality control protocol:

For CNC turned parts, we routinely achieve concentricity tolerances within 0.01mm (0.0004″) on our precision lathes, including live tooling and sub-spindle models. The exact achievable tolerance depends on part dimensions and material, which we will confirm during the DFM stage.

As a registered manufacturing company in China, we possess a valid Chinese Customs Import/Export Code. This code and all necessary export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) will be provided professionally to ensure smooth customs clearance for your shipment.
